Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Puerto Pollenca that sleeps up to 6 people. An idyllic, rural location at the foot of the mountains towards the Port of Pollensa. This homely villa has mesmerising views of open fields full of sheep and the breathtaking backdrop of the mountains behind and makes a lovely base for a family holiday. Very peaceful, picturesque surroundings, the only noise being birdsong and sheep bells!
Can Reiet is in a desirable area, situated at the end of a quiet lane and has a gated entrance with plenty of parking space. Conveniently located, it is within a daytime 20 minute walking distance to where the port begins, but for clients who don\'t drive they may feel more relaxed and comfortable hiring bicycles as the area is completely flat and ideal for cycling. It is approx 2km to the beach and port centre and there is a regular bus that passes along the main road, to take full advantage of the array of wonderful amenities that Pollensa old town and the port have to offer.
There is a cane-covered furnished terrace at the front of the villa which in the summer is draped with lush greenery giving refreshing shade. There are lots of mediterranean pot plants here for decoration and there is a brick-built barbeque for summer dining. It has a small patio around the pool and a sunny garden area for sunbathing.
The front door opens into a small entrance hall with cheerful decor. The lounge dining room is to the left. There are two comfortable sofas in an L-shape and a small coffee table, TV and DVD and it has an open fitted kitchen with modern comforts in the form of a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The decor is simple and bright, maintaining the flavour of local tradition with terracotta floors and exposed ceiling rafters.
There is a full family bathroom on the ground level in the entrance hall and to the left is a twin bedroom. (2 beds of 90 x 190cms) There is also a double bedroom (two twin beds 90 x 190 pushed together with a double headboard) that has an ensuite full bathroom.
Stairs up to the second level lead to a further double bedroom (bed is 140 x 190) that also has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a roof top terrace with incredible countryside views and looks down onto the pool and gardens below.
