Villa Albis is a lovely old stone farmhouse with lots of original design features and character. It is in a wonderful location, hidden away off a tiny country lane and very private with a long gated driveway. But because this villa is in the exclusive La Font area of Pollensa, it is also just a fifteen to twenty minutes walk from the old town, and even closer to restaurants and supermarkets. Inside, the villa has a spacious open-plan layout, and a good combination of modern styling and traditional Majorcan design. Inside, there are stone walls, cool terracotta-tiled floors, and beamed ceilings. The lounge area is very comfortable with sofas and has satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen and dining area are in-keeping with the style of the villa and house the usual modern appliances including dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. A covered terrace overlooks the gardens and there is a feature barbecue built-in here. There are many seating areas outside the villa for reading and relaxing in the shade. This is a great family villa with lots of Majorcan character.
