This is the perfect holiday spot for those who love the beach. At only 300 meter from the beautifull sandbeach of Canyelles is this house situated in quiet, dead-end street. The bay of Canyelles is one of the most beautifull spots in the Costa Brava: amazing white beaches surrounded by rocks and mountains and a bright, deep blue sea. At the entrance of the beach is a nice restaurant with a big terras situated, and on the beach itself is 1 friendly beachclub. For the rest, the beach of Canyelles is pure and natural and has always a quit spot for those who want to enjoy the serenity and the spanish sun. The house itself is simple but clean and complete. At streetlevel, the garage is situated, the living area is just above it. You enter the house through an open hall with staircase. Next to the hall is the open living with separate diningtable. From the living, you can enter the terras at the front of the house. On this floor is also the kitchen with entrance to the garden wich is behind the house and the second toilet with sink. On the upper floor are three bedrooms (2 with dubble beds, 1 with 2 single beds) and the bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom has its own terras with seaview.
