Recently built villa situated at a few meters from the beach, for 12 people. The villa is between Calpe and Benissa Coast, urbanization La Fustera, privileged area next to the sea. The villa is at 200 m of a small sandy and rocky cove “cala pinets” exclusive and with less construction. At 500m, through an ecological path along the coast, you will arrive at the beach La Fustera, sand beach with clear waters with the best services and environmental guarantee. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays near the sea without using the car. It is worth mentioning the proximity of the supermarket, restaurants, as well as a terrace chill out where you will enjoy having cocktails at the sound of the sea. Trough the ecological path, you will arrive at the sand beach Levante, Promenade and a leisure area of the beach. The flat plot with garden is totally enclosed and is about 700 m2. The living space area is 260 m2 divided in 2 independent floors.

- Main floor: Large living-dining room with air conditioner, TV/tdt, with Access to the swimming pool and to the 2 covered terraces, one of them with masonry barbeque and sink, ideal to have your meals. Independent kitchen fully equipped with gas hobs, dish washer, refrigerator-freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster and ustensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single bed and air conditioner, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioner, 1 large bedroom with double bed, air conditioner and bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin.
- 1st floor: (Access by external stairs). Large living-dining room with air conditioner and TV/TDT, Access to the covered terrace with sea views. - Outdoor: you will enjoy the large swimming pool of 10x5 with masonry stairs, surrounded by plants where you can sunbath in the sun beds (8) 2 external showers. You can also prepare barbeques at the covered barbeque area with sink. Parking spaces for 3-4 cars on the plot.

A short walk to ´cala pinets´ 200 m. To the sand beach ´la fustera´you go through an ecological path (500 m), characterized by the beach quality and little crowded, or if you prefer coves ´Cala Roca´ (200 m).
