A bedroom with a double bed with sea view, ceiling fan, dressing room and a bathroom with shower en suite. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with double bed, ceiling fan and sea view and the other with double bed, air conditioning, a bathroom with bath en suite and access to a balcony with spectacular sea views.

EXTERNAL: A pleasant and large terrace with a beautiful 8x4 pool with outdoor shower. A built-in barbecue for outdoor meals and parking for three vehicles on the same property.

LOCATION: This villa is ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet area without renouncing proximity to the city center. It is just 2,6 km to the nearest supermarket and the center of Calpe. The sandy beach is 3,2 km away, as are the restaurants.
