This spectacular, detached four-bedroom villa can accommodate eight people and benefits from a private swimming pool (32 m2), a beautifully landscaped garden and its own wellness area complete with jacuzzi, sauna and shower. Villa Sensation is a villa made up of three levels in a quiet residential area, where there is only residential traffic. A garage is provided so you can park your car safely and out of the sun. Villa Sensation is situated at street level and comprises a total living space of 260 m2 on a plot of 500 m2. The luxurious interior of the villa is light, modern and decorated with an eye for detail, and is equipped with central heating for cooler days and air conditioning for when the temperatures rise. The ground floor of this villa is taken up by a comfortably furnished living room with open fireplace and a lovely, luxurious wellness area where you can relax fully. The first floor offers a second, fully equipped living area with open fireplace, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, plus a bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom. All the rooms on this level also provide access to the spacious balcony, where you will find several seating areas that will allow you to enjoy views of the sunsets over a drink or a snack. The second floor houses a further three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a study. The villa is also equipped with free Wi-Fi.

Your villa’s surroundings
Villa Sensation is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.
In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.
The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. Given the mild climate, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.
